A small hotfix has rolled out, fixing two bugs introduced in the latest patch. In Battlegrounds, Nefarian’s Hero Power was bugged – it often didn’t trigger correctly. In the regular game, Renounce Darkness gave Upgraded Hero Power instead of a regular one. Which actually made it more interesting – I think that they should try keeping it that way!
Hotfix is server-side, which means that you don’t have to download anything.

We’re currently in the process of deploying a hotfix that will address the following:
- Renounce Darkness will no longer give upgraded Hero Powers.
- Nefarian’s Battlegrounds Hero Power will now fire correctly on every use.
Please note that these changes will take place on the server side, so you will not have to download anything if your client has updated to 17.2.

Maybe fix also the shop that turns close to me, i can redeem Nemsy.

I believe the shop is “closed” for some players, and they can’t enter it to redeem Nemsy.

I also have this problem, and support tell me to wait. You dont even know how happy I was then i saw this hotfix note and then it turns out that my shop is still close.
Now it works for me!
