(Day 3 Live) Masters Tour: Spring Championship 2024 Guide, Three Packs From Twitch Drops, April 12-14

Update: Day 3 of the event is now live! The group stage is over and Top 8 players battle it out in the playoffs. Twitch drops are live again, watch for 2h to get Whizbang’s Workshop card pack.

Masters Tour: Fall Championship starts on April 12 and we finally got some more details! It’s the first (out of two) Masters Tour event this year. 16 players from three major regions will compete for their share of the $50k prize pool, as well as a chance to qualify for the 2024 Hearthstone World Championship.

The good news is that Hearthstone esports is still technically alive, bad news is that it didn’t really improve from last year. You can read more about the 2024 esports system/plans here.

The Masters Tour will be played on the current patch. While there are some Demon Hunter changes coming soon, they won’t be live for this weekend. However, it shouldn’t be that big of a deal in the tournament environment, as you can target certain decks much easier, or just straight-up ban them if necessary. Given that the players roster is really stacked, the event should still be very fun to watch.

Twitch drops will also be active. Watch the tournament on the official Twitch channel to earn up to three Whizbang’s Workshop card packs (1 pack per day). Just be sure to connect your Twitch and Battle.net accounts if you haven’t done it already.

Sixteen of the top players from the February and March Ladder rankings will compete for their share of the $50,000 (USD) prize pool and two invites to the 2024 World Champion.
