Hearthstone Death Knight Cosplay Contest – Finalists & Winners

Hearthstone’s Death Knight cosplay contest was announced back in November, and the finals happened a few days ago – last Friday to be more precise. Sadly I couldn’t cover it live because I was too busy with other things, but you can still watch the entire VoD. Or just check out compilations of Finalists in each category – the cosplays really look amazing!

Keep in mind that the cosplay contest wasn’t limited to Death Knights only – there was a separate Death Knight category, but other three categories were open to all entires (including Death Knights, of course).

You can watch the whole finals, including details and a walkthrough of each cosplay here on Twitch.

Finalists

Finalists were compiled by Ben Hearthstone on Twitter – thank you! Each category had 5 finalists, except “Goblin Craft” (Cardboard + Duct Tape) which only had three.

Winners of each category (except Goblin Craft) received $1500 + a custom medal and qualified to the grand finals. Then the best of three cosplayers got an additional $5000 and a custom Death Knight-themed crown.

You can read more about the rules in the original announcement post.

Death Knight Category Winner – Imriel Cosplay (Frost Wyrm Arthas)

Needlework Category Winner – Killys Cosplay (Brightwing)

Armor Category Winner – Danny McFly (Turalyon)

Goblin Craft Category Winner – Samazon Cosplay (Duct Tape Valeera)

Best In Show Award Winner – Danny McFly (Turalyon)
