IS THERE A CARD YOU CAN REPLACE ANTONIDAS WITH?

You probably need a finisher of some sort. Ragnaros might work, but if you want to go on the cheap side then try Azure Drake.

  Nefarian?
A stretch because it costs 9, which makes it hard to use, but it's a big body that can instantly put value in your hand.
Also, I'm thinking of stealing Nexus Champion Saraad from Hotform's version. Maybe subbing him in for effigy?

is the emperor needed or can you replace it

You could probably add Sylvanas instead. Emperor is good for reducing spell cost for Antonidas.
