Mulligans

General Mulligans

MVP cards to look for are Scrappy Scavenger and Tide Pools. You also want a 2-drop, since you will play your Quest on turn 1. With coin, Pocket Dimension is likely worth keeping in non-aggro matchups to build the Quest faster.

Quest Mage

  • The main idea here is to complete the Quest ASAP.
  • Dark Gift discovers are incredibly efficient at making big boards after the Quest is completed.
  • The Quest can be completed by turn 5 (high roll), then on turn 6 you can play Quest item + a 3 drop discover to build a board.
  • Omitted cards like Relic of Kings seem too expensive and unreliable.
