Silverware Golem

After a failed attempt at a Whirlwind themed Warrior deck I immediately realized that Silverware Golem draws a ton of cards with Looming Presence and could probably be fatigued. It also helps that he tends to flood the board which plays right into Vanish. Play this like a standard Mill Rogue deck, keep the board clear with your various AOE and use Gang Up on Coldlight Oracle. You can then use Shadowstep on Coldlight and remember that Coldlight ends up costing 1-mana because I almost threw a game when I thought I could use that and Vanish with 6-mana.

There will be times when it might be better to kill Fork (Heroic) if you are planning to Vanish or Sap. That’s generally the card that’s going to get you bursted down once it’s combined with the Plates and Cup (Heroic). Thankfully for the most part the AI will attack with the 1/1 Plates before playing Cup.

Magic Mirror

This same deck can actually be used for Magic Mirror. Both decks run the card Looming Presence, but Magic Mirror also runs Arcane Intellect which makes it even easier to mill. The one key to Magic Mirror is playing around his secrets. Mirror Image is simple enough with something like Doomsayer, but Counterspell can be a nuisance if you have nothing to feed it. Try to save your Sap for high value targets like Archmage AntonidasRhonin.

I don’t have the Preparation, so:

    + 1 Explosive Sheep
    + 1 Brann Bronzebeard

I think that it’s better keep 1 Azure Drake, the spell damage and draw card can save u. I’ve replaced just one of it by a Shadowcaster, this works good!

    Won first attempt.
Didn’t saw any major benefits of Azure Drake so i replace it for Explosive Sheep which gives a full board clear with a simple weapon swing.

Yeah, Azure Drake is definitely a flex spot in this deck.
