I've been running a slight variation on this deck:
-1 Violet Teacher + 1 Piloted Shredder - Sap + Big Game Hunter
BGH and Sap are both late game cards that are designed to provide cheap temp swings. BGH is more permanent and puts a solid body on the board, however its slightly less flexible then Sap.
2 Shredder/ 2 Teacher is entirely up to personal preference, I prefer Shredder its less reliant on synergy, and less exposed to AOE.
