The goal is Loatheb+Chef Nomi. After that turn, Shudderwock can do this again. You need to reduce the cost of Nomi and Loatheb. Than you can play them in 1 turn.

Polkelt and Hemet are perfect for this deck. You can draw cards with Spirit of the frog and Mana Tide Totem.
