It’s this time of the year again. HCT Winter Championship is starting soon (February 28th), and you can already select the player you think will take the main prize home. The better that player performs, the more packs you will get in the end.
Remember that no matter who you pick, you will always get one pack for free, so even if you have no favorite, it’s still worth to choose someone. And if that someone will perform well, you will also get a better reward. Every time your champion advances (to quarterfinals, semifinals and – of course – finals), you will get an extra pack, up to 4 in total.
Once you pick someone, you can’t change it! But don’t worry, the voting lasts until February 28, so you still have some time to make up your mind.

The HCT Winter Championship kicks off on February 28 with 16 of the world’s best Hearthstone players representing the Americas, Asia-Pacific, China, and Europe, hoping to clinch one of the four remaining spots at the HCT World Championship this April—not to mention the title of HCT Winter Champion.
You can once again choose one of the 16 competitors as your champion and be rewarded with Hearthstone card packs based on how well they perform! Simply click the button below to choose a champion to cheer for—but remember, you cannot change your selection once you have chosen!
Just for participating, you will receive one card pack from Rastakhan’s Rumble. You will receive one additional card pack each time your champion advances—to the quarterfinals, semifinals, or finals. If your champion plays in the finals, for example, you would earn four total packs (including your participation pack). All card packs are expected to be delivered to you in-game one week after the Winter Championship. Voting ends on Feb. 28 at 9:30 a.m. PST.
With so much global talent in the room, a guide to each player’s strengths, weaknesses, signature playstyle, and more is helpful. So, we made just that! Scroll down for a somewhat tongue-in-cheek look at all 16 competitors for the HCT Winter Championship.
