(Update: Fixed) Arena Temporarily Disabled & Patch 32.4 Delayed On Mobile

Update: The issue has been fixed – Arena is open again and the patch is out on mobile. Some of the cards were banned as a part of the fix, if you drafted one before Arena was closed, then your run will be retired with a Ticket refund.

  • [Arena] Arena has been re-opened! We had to ban a few cards that were causing disconnections. If a banned card was in your deck, you will need to retire your run, but you will receive a refund of your ticket and your current prizing when you do.
  • [Mobile] Patch 32.4 is now available for download on all devices.

Patch 32.4 launched earlier today with. However, it came with some unexpected server issues, especially in Arena. Players have been getting disconnected all the time, with many of the matches resulting in ties when both of the players DC.

Blizzard just announced an emergency Arena shutdown – you can’t play the format for now. Additionally, the patch has been delayed on mobile.

There’s no ETA on when things will be fixed, but it’s safe to assume that they’ll be trying to bring it back up as soon as possible. I’ll update this post when we know more.

[Arena] We are temporarily disabling Arena and delaying our Mobile patch launch while we investigate an issue causing disconnections. We’re happy to see everyone is excited to try out the big revamp and we’ll share further updates as soon as we can.
