The days when Hearthstone’s alternate Heroes were scarce are long gone. Right now, they’re quickly becoming the most popular cosmetic item. In fact, lately, we’ve been getting more new Hero portraits than card backs (which were by far the most common form of cosmetic previously).
In this post, I’ll round up all of the Paladin alternate Heroes in the game and give you some more information about them, including how you can (or could) get them and whether they’re still obtainable or not. Keep in mind that Heroes that are labeled as unobtainable can still become available in the future – old Hero portraits go on sale pretty regularly. I won’t update this post every time something goes on a sale (since it’s temporary), only when its availability changes permanently.
Currently, there is a total of 12 Paladin hero portraits, 7 of which are obtainable.
Lady Liadrin

Obtained from World of Warcraft cross-promo. You get the after leveling a character in WoW to level 20 (level boosts don’t work).
Prince Arthas
Released: August 10, 2017

Obtained by beating The Lich King with all classes in Knights of the Frozen Throne solo adventure.
Sir Annoy-O
Released: October 2, 2018
Available: Yes
Originally available for real money through in-game shop. Currently, players can purchase him for 1800 Gold.
Lightforged Uther

Obtained by winning 1,000 games in Ranked, Arena or Duels with Paladin.
Horseman Uther
