Technical Issues (Playful Sprites Error) - FIXED, Tavern Brawl Postponed Until Tomorrow (Update: Until Friday?)

If you're playing on NA server and can't log into the game, you're not the only one. All of the players seem to be experiencing technical issues, getting "Playful sprites" error.

The issues have started around the time when Tavern Brawl was supposed to be released, which means that it MIGHT have something to do with it.

Blizzard is currently investigating. We'll update you once we learn more or everything starts working!

Update #1

It seems that players from different servers - EU and Asia - have also started reporting those issues. I can log into the EU server just fine and even find games, so it's not an universal problem, but lots of players seem to be having the same log in error.

Blizzard CE EU has also confirmed the issues:

Update #2

The issues were fixed, you should now be able to log in. Tavern Brawl, however, has been postponed until tomorrow. It seems that my initial guess was correct and Tavern Brawl was causing those errors?

It seems that Brawl has been moved back by a day once again. We don't have any official information about the whole situation just yet.

      Having 6 days to complete the Brawl instead of 7 is hardly an issue.

      Its amazing how many pions you have running around looking for handouts.

        It really doesn't take much to be a jerk nowadays.
        And add this to your little knowledge.
        Some people only play Tavern Brawl exclusively.

        This is exactly the attitude that they have at Blizzard. That their players are just a bunch of peons.

        We are all just a bunch of little guys dragging sacks of gold into their hearthstone fortress like in the original Warcraft.
