Masters Tour Las Vegas Happens This Week! (June 14-16) + Get Free Packs From Twitch Drops

The first official Masters Tour stop is coming. It’s one of the most important Hearthstone esports events, because players who performed well in qualifiers finally have time to shine. Instead of seeing a bunch of familiar faces, big part of the players will be newcomers previously unknown to the more casual crowd. Here’s the summary of general information about this event:

  • When: June 14-16, 2019. Broadcast starts at 9 AM PDT (18:00 CEST) every day.
  • Where: Las Vegas, Nevada (The LINQ Las Vegas Strip Hotel)
  • Prize Pool: $250,000 (+every single player gets their share of another $250,000 just for showing up thanks to your contribution from Masters Bundle – it should be more than $500 per player).
  • Where to Watch: Official PlayHearthstone Twitch channel.

There’s also another opportunity to earn some free packs just for watching the tournament – Twitch drops will be activated! You get your first Rise of Shadows pack for watching 3 hours in total (it doesn’t have to be consecutive), and another Rise of Shadows pack for watching 6 hours in total. On top of that, 1,500 eligible viewers will be rewarded with a Classic pack every hour (so while it might not happen to you, the more you watch, the higher chances are that you will get picked).

Remember that before you can get the packs, you first need to connect your Twitch and Battle.net account! Go to the settings on Twitch, click Connections tab, find Battle.net and follow instructions from there. Good luck!

Masters Tour Las Vegas kicks off next weekend, marking the midpoint of Grandmasters Season 1! Over 350 players have earned an invite to participate. Here you can find everything you need to know about the tournament.

In twitch, under settings, I dont see connections. I see account, preferences, notifications, security & privacy, recommendations, ststem, terms, and community guidelines. Where is the connections tab?

Hey everyone. I have a noob question but will be grateful if someone can answer.
I play on EU server. According to the schedule, qualifying season starts in July. Will I be able to join it in order to qualify for the master tour event? How is the process goes like? Thanks.

Right now, we still have qualifiers for the 2nd tour stop (Seoul) going.

Starting in July, there will be A LOT of small, open, tournament qualifiers (like over a hundred) you can participate in to qualify for the 3rd tour stop – Bucharest. Getting either 1st or 2nd spot (as far as I remember) in qualifier will qualify you to the main Masters event.

Here’s no limit in how many of them you can participate, but mind you that a) there are often a few of them happening during a single day and b) if you don’t fall out quickly, they tend to take a while (often whole day), because there are many, many rounds (and CW mirrors can be pretty long as you probably know).

That said, I’m not an expert on esports (sadly I don’t have enough time for that), but you can find the qualifier events here: https://playhearthstone.com/en-gb/esports/programs/masters-qualifiers
