Season 6 continues with the next BO5 series with ManaGrind looking for revenge against Clarity Gaming. We start off with a rematch from the last series in Darkwonyx vs. ThatsAdmirable. Darkwonyx won previously, and is looking to keep his undefeated streak going at Fight Night.

Game 1
Darkwonyx – This beard. Such Shave. (Midrange Druid) vs. ThatsAdmirable – Admirable Druid (Midrange/Ramp Druid)
Lots of small minions trading back and forth in the early game. Darkwonyx is able to take ThatsAdmirable down to 18 and Innervates out a Cenarius on turn 7. Darkwonyx clears the board, and a good thing too because ThatsAdmirable gets a Force of Nature to complete his combo. Unfortunately, ThatsAdmirable has to clear the board with the combo and is drawing dead. Darkwonyx finishes him off with minions and hero power.

Darkwonyx – This beard. Such Shave. (Midrange Druid) vs. ThatsAdmirable – Scumdiddlyumpscious (Face Hunter)
Face Hunter is doing work early with Leper Gnomes and an Eaglehorn Bow. Turn 5 and Darkwonyx is already at 9 health, but controls the board with a Chillwind Yeti and Keeper of the Grove. He’s forced to fill up the board with creatures, and is immediately answered with a Scavenging Buzzard into Unleash the Hounds play. Darkwonyx survives, but is finished off next turn with Eaglehorn Bow into Arcane Shot.

Game 3
Darkwonyx – Hulk Smash (Warrior Control) vs. ThatsAdmirable – Scumdiddlyumpscious (Face Hunter)
Some early trades and a Fiery War Axe to the face finds the Hunter down in life early. Darkwonyx controls the midgame with a pair of Chillwind Yetis, and ThatsAdmirable is forced to put a Starving Buzzard down to take out a Yeti with Kill Command. Darkwonyx has dominated this game from start to finish, and seals the deal with a Baron Geddon and Ragnaros.

Game 4
Darkwonyx – Hulk Smash (Warrior Control) vs. ThatsAdmirable – Admriable Scumlock (Zoo)
Zoo does what Zoo does best and jumps out early with a lot of minions on board. Turn 5 finds the Warrior down to 18 and the Warlock has 5 minions on the field. Darkwonyx is able to take down a few of the minions with a Whirlwind into Cruel Taskmaster, followed by a Chillwind Yeti attack. ThatsAdmirable is going all in on damage, and Darkwonyx is sitting with a Cairne Bloodhoof on board. Darkwonyx drops Baron Geddon and that nearly clears the Warlock’s board. ThatsAdmirable is sitting on a Doomguard in hand with Darkwonyx at 9 and he draws Leeroy Jenkins! Unfortunately, ThatsAdmirable is only at 8 Mana and can’t win! He tosses down the Doomguard and taps, doesn’t draw what he needs and succumbs to a Growhowl and board.
