There are too many 4 better drops to use this, in my opinion.
After this, you can drop azure drakes, loatheb, fire elementals and dr. 7. I dont this is weak by any means, i really want to try this out, and besides you can always run it alongside other 4 drops, might even be a turn 9 or 10 play with one the above mentioned midrange drops
