Yeah. I'd see this as a Duels Bucket more than anything if it's not being played. This isn't a card that I want to have in my deck, but it's absolutely a card that I want to have in-game. Maybe if it was made by a discover and then you have Razorglaive Sentinel, then we would be taking it. Otherwise, we're looking at around turn 6-7 before Razorglaive does something.
On the OTHER hand, however, who knows, maybe somewhere done the line with Hearthstone and if they can find a way to make a card that gives off discounts to minions at least, then Razorglaive could be a gross card to play with.
