Good premium stats. Have a chance to survive early. I really hope that frenzy can activate even on enemy turns, e.g when they deal damage and this survives.

Eeh. It's a 2 mana 2/3. And while yes, you could draw and take it for the early game, it doesn't always work in your favour. For one, that frenzy will not happen, unless you have something like the Broomstick. And, secondly, it's a 2 mana 2/3. So it's not going to serve well either unless it's still early game.
for a 2 mana 2/3, I was expecting it to be more of a 1/4 instead, since your using it to take spells. 1 star, won't see play unless you hand buff it.

This card is very hard to tell. this seems ok in early boards to take favorable trades and get a spell, but at the same time, random generation is something you want immediately. I think this could find a home in a deck or two. So I'm going to give it three stars.

feels like it would be good off generating, but i doubt it has a place in constructed

I think it's kinda good. Reminds me of Babbling Book and that card was often played as a 1 mana 1/1 that did the same thing as a battlecry. Realistically, how many classes are going to be silencing this/will Shadow Word: Pain be in standard/played? I see this as a pretty reliable 2/3 generating a class spell, which is pretty good for a lot of stuff.
Is it a meta-breaker? Probably not; but will it be played? I think so.
I'm gonna go with 3/5.
