This card reminds me of trading cards at the playground where some kid was always trying to scam you from your strongest cards for one of their shit cards. 'This card is really good, trust me! And I'll take your shitty purified shard of your hands. This card is horrible anyways no one would ever play this.'

That's actually a really good comparison, lmao. When my friend bought his first MTG cards (like 20 years ago), I scammed him out of his strongest one, saying that it's bad and he won't need it anyway. I gave him something mediocre instead. We're laughing about it now, but he was furious once he learned how to play and demanded it back.

More useful if this swap cards in opponents hand, and you could actually steal Quest cards/rewards from theirs.
But in decks? Nope. Filler card for Wandmaker.

It's Wesal Mage all over again. Expect this time is Weasel Rouge, trying to Sagatoge your deck.
You can even think of this as a Mini Temporus Effect, but for Rouge, trying to Upset each other's each. One Key problem however is the Fatigue Stage. Becuase I think neither of you can die, so long as you spam with Parrley.
4 Stars.
