I really doubt that this card will see play in meta decks like Zai.

It's not that bad, it fits Demon Hunter tempo playstyle and they are losing some important cards, I could see this being a decent card in some soul/ not very aggro decks

I mean it's quite the small removal tool, but rather easy to play around if it becomes popular, and I don't think it's strong enough to just not care about being played around.

Kurtrus Ashfallen is a nice Card to have, but assuming that Il'goth OTK Demon Hunter is still able to be used, I think that OTK won't be using it, I think more for a niche idea.
As for Tempo, however, I think it's a lot more effective over there. But we will find out what Demon Hunter will actually do with this, becuase it is Useful, but it depends on the positions.
3 Stars minimum, but could be bumped into 4 in the long run.

These comments are not going to age well, I feel like. That hunter card that dealt 3 damage and summoned a 3/3 saw a ton of play. This with outcast is vastly superior. The only downside is you have to target the outside minions but I hardly consider that a major downside. In any tempo demon hunter deck(basically, not otk) this is going to be an auto include I think
