It's an okay card, but it's nothing to write home about. 3 Stars.

this is a card that's easy to ignore at first, but I have a feeling I will get used to seeing it in the future. It seems like a fine card for an aggro deck that's just trying to go to face. 3 stars. Memba Leper Gnome before it was nerfed? and Knife Juggler and Abusive Sgt. Those were the days.

A sad day when you’re this desperate for face damage

This is ouch rogue if desperate could use Necrium cards to pop off extra dmg if need to tap opponent over. This is not much of a card you would let sit on the board.
Pally could clone it and have 4 Mana 2/1 + 2/2 with 6 dmg to opponents face.

Even if you have Deathrattle or reborn hijinx to work with, this just doesn't seem like it'd ever do enough to see constructed play.
