This could work in a warrior deck with a lot of ww effects. I think it’s quite good probably better than hogger (which is decent). It might fight into a patron deck but you would not want to play patrons on the same board.
I think this card is stronger than people are giving it credit for.
I consider this as C’Thun counter card…
Of course, mathematically after spawning every new 2\2 taunt odds to hit Hogger will get lower and lower but also (and this is important to know) your face will take lesser and lesser damage too ^^
Same goes to anti-knife-juggling utility wich is so popular atm in ladder…
Yes, this is weak standalone utility card but with proper use with other cards it have potential to get out of control…
Should be buffed to: “Whenever this minion takes damage, summon a 3/3 grim patron… with taunt and charge.”
seems legit
Too weak and slow for 7 mana. Nice in theory, like Trogzor, but doubt it’ll get much play. Also the 2/2s die too easily to a second whirlwind etc to be much use to Warrior.
Use commanding shout and bouncing blade
Bouncing Blade is a GvG card, this Hogger and BB will never meet. Also, commanding shout isnt as good as you might think.

This seems to be the hard counter to c’thun
it counters c’thun really good but the card itself isnt really that strong so I dont see it get played alot
It doesn’t really counter C’thun, in the literal sense, since you need to play Hogger BEFORE C’thun to “counter” it.
there is no real way to counter battlecries
wellm we did have Nerub’ar Weblord, which would be a counter to C’thun, sadly. it’s a naxx cards…

Not really. It would probably block the patrons.
yup any 1 that’s actually PLAYED PATRONS knows patrons hate cluttered boards. I always go for patrons and not boom if that’s an option. Boom is better played all by it self.
