I realize this would be only a small improvement, but would this cost discount be considered a buff that would stick with the new Rogue legendary weapon? The difference between something costing 1 and costing 0 is often not trivial.
Blackwater pirate does the same thing and has roughly the same stats.
Not very good.
Are you on crack? This is cheaper, 3/4 stats are better than 2/5 and the minion can die and the effect of the card being reduced is still there.

Now that every class has a weapon. this card can be played in all decks.
