I think this is good generally, but especially with the healing package in Festival - and the fact that this then accommodates further healing - makes this a solid 4/5 in my opinion.

With the new Arcanite Ripper, you can cheat it out on turn 3 alongside that weapon. Also has great synergy with it. Outside of that, though... It's not bad, but can Blood DK find a spot for this?

Okay I made a mistake on the effect... You can't cheat this out alongside the weapon, but it still works ok with it.
