Oh yeah definitely useful in dragon decks and even Highlanders mage and Hunter in particular.

Why is this one rated so low? Sure, it's not the best card ever, but cmon, a 4/6 with taunt is definitely worthy of at least competing with Bone Wraith or Overconfident Orc. I'll have to call this a 3.5 stars.

If you run dragons in highlander, you run this as well. Also really nice to get this from Draconic Lackey and Explorers! 4 Stars for being a dragon that might not be in every list, but a Top-Tier Discovery and since it's neutral it should make a few appreances in high Tier deck lists.

Filler.

Eeeeehhh... Don't. It's a Filler Card. It's nice for a Discover Card, but not so nice for when you yourself are using Crimson Hothead.
2 Stars.

Maybe it's low rated bevause not much dragon synergy in standard, but in wild it's almost as good if not better than twilight guardian
