With this one and Warlock Upgraded Spell, I'm kinda sad to the power level (or maybe I'm getting used to the fact that former expansion has greater power level).
dealing final 4+4 for 2 mana is better, but not great. At 10 mana, you surely needs a way to answer the threat on board, and this one often not enough.
And if drawn early, it's just 2+2 for 2 mana, otherwise dead card.

Chain Lightning Is good, is just that it needs some testing to do. We use Cards like Heart of C'Thun, but people still think that it may not be not enough. I'm going to give it 3 Stars. I think it has potential, but I don't think that people see it yet.

Control spell shaman has like only ever been good once. This only makes sense in control decks, so unless we get insane support for control spell shaman, this card will remain as a utility card for control shaman decks. Decent, 3 stars.
