Aggro Beast Druid – Ungoro

Beast Druid has seen very little play over the past 2 expansions. Especially since the release of Ungoro and the standard rotation, which meant that beast druid lost good supporting cards like Druid of the Sabre , Druid of the Flame , Mounted Raptor  and Sir Finley Mrrglton . However, all is not lost for beast druid, as with the release of ungoro came a few new cards for the archetype.

Vicious Fledgling , one of the most snowballing minions ever and can outright win you the game if you get it out early.

Shellshifter , a flexible card that honestly performs better than Druid of the Claw  most of the time.

And last but not least, undoubtedly to many people’s surprise, we have Sabretooth Stalker . This card is very risky and all in, but when it works, it DESTROYS. Especially if you can get it off with Menagerie Warden . If you find the card to be too unreliable, you can swap it out with Bittertide Hydra  instead, another risky high reward minion.

Because of the loss of so many great cards, this Beast Druid has taken the form of a more early game aggresive style deck, rather than the midrange tempo deck it was back in Karazhan meta. I have focused a lot on the Stealth mechanic, using cards like Jungle Panther , Shellshifter , Stranglethorn Tiger and Sabretooth Stalker in order to help maximize the value of Savage Roar  and Mark of Y'Shaarj . Using these, you should be able to deal as much damage to your opponent as possible before they can react properly. Once you can get them down to low enough health, then it’s about finishing them off with a Feral Rage  or a Swipe.

As far as tech cards go, Golakka Crawler can be swapped out, but keep in mind they are the only 2 cost minions in your entire deck. Ironbeak Owl is quite good against taunt heavy decks. The only other notable card that you could put in would be Hungry Crab, if you face a lot of paladins.
