  1. Actually Above Rank 15

The deck’s a fucking joke, doesn’t have the early game or removal to handle aggro, enough draw or threats for control, and if it ever falls behind on tempo you are fucked. Keleseth doesn’t have any synergy with the tools available to priest, unlike Rogue+Shadowstep and Warlock+Life Tap, and is not worth giving up Radiant Elemental or Shadow Word: Pain. Even Shadow Ascendant fits the deck better, as a source +1/+1 buff that DOESN’T gimp your curve.
tl;dr loses board to aggro, can’t pressure control, if you want a more aggressive priest then use dragons

17-3 from rank 15 to 9, and still climbing. Confuses the hell out of your opponents, and is an absolutely solid deck overall.

16-9 from rank 10 to rank 9 great against aggro decks but hard to win against control decks like highlander priest, control warlock, dk jaina

I am enjoying this deck. It’s a little fiddly at times, but man, when you get Keleseth out early, it hums.

Why the Geist? Don’t you want to be ending this by turn 10?

I find that I am crushed by aggro and mid-range decks?

    Good sub for Geist?

The Skulking Geist Tech is to even up the matchup against the popular Meta decks like Tempo Rogue (Cold Blood), Evolve Shaman (Evolve), Zoolock (Soulfire), Razakus Priest (the 1-cost spells for cycle) and even Jade Druid (Jade Idol).

Why tech against slower decks like Jade? Because this deck is more heavy ended than most midrange decks with The Lich King, Ysera and Shadowreaper Anduin. So while it CAN end by turn 10, it can also fight quite well against slower decks like Jade Druid, if you avoid a big Spreading Plague. I wouldn’t sub Geist, unless you aren’t seeing those above decks much.

When mulligan, find your early game, and don’t toss your whole hand just to find Keleseth. Sure, you might have a much better winrate with Keleseth, but it counts for nothing if that midrange hunter/Pirate Warrior rushes you down by turn 6.

It’s not a win condition card, you can had something that give you more board control I guess (but can’t say what as I’m not an HS expert ^^)

Maybe a Leeroy to finish your opponent but idk

I’m using Marin the Fox which can offer lots of value but Ysera seems way better

Most late-game value card or finisher can be used to replace. I’d pick Marin, or even Leeroy like the other commenters suggested. The reason Ysera is so good here is:

      1. She dodges Dragonfire Potion.

      2. Cannot be removed easily by Priest Shadow Words alone.

      3. Solid cards. More minions is nice for a deck that runs out of steam (slower than other midrange decks though), and the spells are excellent for bursting opponents/remove pesky taunt minions.
