This is an interesting mix of aggro cards and Dragon synergy. A few of the new Whispers of the Old Gods cards have made the list, Blood To Ichor for activation and removal, N'Zoth's First Mate for the early Weapon, and Bloodhoof Brave for the taunt and potential damage. Drakonid Crusher is also an interesting edition to the deck now that there isn’t as much Big Game Hunter in the game!

Update 2: -1 Sir Finley Mrrgglton, -1 Cruel Taskmaster, -1 Flame Juggler, -1 Brann Bronzebeard, -1 Arathi Weaponsmith, -1 Ragnaros the Firelord, +2 Bloodsail Raider, +2 Bloodsail Cultist, +2 Kor'kron Elite

Update: +1 Brann Bronzebeard, +1 Arathi Weaponsmith, +1 Ragnaros the Firelord, -2 Bloodhoof Brave, -1 Kor'kron Elite

If you feel like adding Brann I recommend making room for 1-2 cruel taskmasters, it makes for some great trading/value.

Imo, I don’t think N’Zoth’s first mate fits well in the deck. He is only useful (if you consider a 1/3 weapon useful) at the start of the match. Out of that scenario it’s a dead card if drawed in the middle or late game.

Another issue I’ve found playing this deck is that it is quite dragon dependant. Alextraza’s Champion, and Blackwing Corruptor only shine (and they really do!) with a dragon in your hand and Twilight Guardian needs another dragon to activate his battlecry. Thus, several times I have had to keep Dragonkind Crusher in my hand in order to ensure that battlecries will trigger.

I’ve swapped 2 N’Zoth’s first mates for 1 Faerie Dragon and another Arathi Weaponsmith and I’ve found the deck works better.

    Just my 2 cents 🙂

Blood to Ichor, Sir Finley Mrrgglton, Flame Juggler, N’Zoth’s First Mate, Alexstrasza’s Champion, and most importantly Fiery War Axe.

Could I replace ragnaros with a high cost dragon like chromaggus of ysera?

I’d probably go with Nefarian for a threat. This deck is meant to be more aggressive so cards like Ysera are too slow.

Hi, I was thinking about including Brann is this deck, since it triggers a lot of stuff. But do you think it is worth the ‘tempo loss’ considering it’s an aggro/mid deck ?

The only thing I can think of besides what you mentioned is for bloodhoof or maybe interact with Frothing. I haven’t tried the deck yet, but you may be right about other options.

I think it has its place in the deck. It can activate Grommash and bloodhoof as you said, but also can allow you to execute a big threat or push to lethal if you target for exemple your berserker.

Grommash activation, the usual cleaning up a damaged minion with 1 health, good turn 5 tempo play with azure drake if they have an X/2, can push damage to activate drakonid or to trade up with something, general utility card

It’s not a great option, I’d consider going second Kor’kron Elite, but Malk could work.

Any subs I can replace Grommash while I’m saving dust to craft it?
