Would a skull of the man’ari version of this deck work better, or in your experience is it better without?

Some still choose to run Skull of the Man’ari, but Voidcaller tends to be a little more efficient in cheating out Demons.

I replaced one voidcaller with skull, just because skull is persistent (if not destroyed).

Again really happy with this deck Roffle – thanks. You don’t need to just rely on doomguard for burst, Malganis is awesome. I had him next to 3 voidwalkers for 18 dmg, then used taldaram to copy malganis…boom 🙂

I’d rather cut one Mortal Coil for Twisting Nether. Saved my @ss a lot of time, where a Mortal Coil just felt useless. Although MC can act as a Defile enabler I found out a hard sweeper more comfortable in more matchups. Especially Big Bitch Priest.

I did same, I rely on nether too often :-). I am thinking of pulling the second coil out for mistress for extra healing and early board. I lost against aggro a fair bit given I struggle in the early game and my health goes low before I can start cheating big stuff onto the board.

My thanks as well for this Roffle – I have been playing wild ladder more lately with Reno/Krul lock, but considering trying wild cube.

Just curious – why only 1 doomguard? I do love the inclusion of Mal’ganis – he is one of my all time faves.

In some matchups, having only a single Doomguard makes your Demons pull a little more consistent. It’s especially relevant in situations where you really need a Voidlord.

    Why Emperor Thaurissan?

Emperor enables burst turns that would otherwise be impossible. Typically, by the time he is dropped, you have a mostly full hand.
