Midrange Shaman is quickly looking like one of the strong decks in the Whispers of the Old Gods meta in Standard. The deck list includes many of the strong cards from the new expansions, such as Eternal Sentinel, Flamewreathed Faceless, Master of Evolution, and Thing from Below. We’ll see whether or not Midrange or Aggro Shaman becomes the predominant deck on the ladder!

Wow, amazing deck! Managed to get to rank 14 before taking a break, I won about 10 games and lost 2, one to c’thun rouge and another to some variant of mid-range/face hunter ( Bad draws )

How good is this particular version of the deck? It’s the cheapest deck out of midrange shaman lists.

I’d say the Loyan list is the best list, but this is a decent one.

It’s actually very good as long as you know midrange play

Midrange and Aggro Shaman are pretty strong so they should be able to reach Legend.

Any ideas for a Tunnel Trogg replacement until I get that wing of LOE?

Agent Squire or Flame Juggler, but Tunnel Trogg is pretty important to this deck.

Amazing deck, it carried me from rank 12 to rank 9 with 7 wins in a row before losing to C’Thun Rogue. Really solid deck.

What should you mulligan here for? I seem to have trouble if the game goes longer. I am probably playing it wrong.

Tunnel Trogg, Sentinel, and Totem Golem would be the best general mulligans. You could keep Feral Spirits and Tuskarr Totemic if you have a 1 or 2 already.

I’ve lost to very heavy control decks like warrior and others with a bunch of powerful AoE like mage and priests, but ripped face hunter, aggro paladin, mill rogue, and almost every C’Thun deck I played against

Made just a few personal changes but this deck is nuts. The rate at witch you can go from no board to a full board in one turn is op op!

Working very well so far. Moved from 16 to 12. Lost only one game to c’thun druid. Tore right through mage, rogue, face shaman and warlock. +1
