I think that this deck already has had a nerf, with skulking geist

I’ve tried out this deck, but I unfortunately lack some key cards like Malfurion the Persistent, a second Primordial Drake and a second Mire Keeper. In their place I added two Jade Spirits and a Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
This deck demolishes the opponents so savagely it’s not even funny. Granted, I’m still rank 13. However, the deck’s competitive potential should be obvious to anyone once they play a couple of matches with it.

For mulligan you desperately look for cards to increase your mana total, so Wild Growth, Mire Keeper and Jade Blossom are your go-to cards here. For the early game you should focus on setting up a few Taunts and clearing the field with Swipe and Wrath. If you don’t have cards like Nourish on your hand, try to draw a card with Wrath while you’re at it. Try to keep your hero above 20 health, for you don’t have recovery other than Ultimate Infestation.

The good thing with this deck is that it has a lot of ways to draw cards. See, you’ll find yourself empty handed a lot of times so Nourish, Wrath and Ultimate Infestation are very important to refresh your hand. This usually leaves you with a big hand and your opponent empty (since he spent his cards trying to deal with your legion of Jades the other turn). You might say an Auctioneer is too much, but I’ve noticed he serves two important roles perfectly: 1) Sometimes you haven’t drawn your Nourish, Ultimate Infestation is too costy and clunky and you needed the 2 extra damage from Wrath. This isn’t Miracle Rogue, a couple of cards from an 10-turn Innervate are all you need from that Auctioneer to pull you out of a tough spot. 2) In matches were you’re left in the late game with nothing but a deck full of Jades, Auctioneer really seals the deal. You just play him and start tossing Jade Idols, simultaneously drawing your other Jade Idols from your deck. There are many matches though where Auctioneer will just sit comfortably on your hand while you play.

With so many Taunts (plus the Scarabs from Spreading Plague), I’m considering Hadronox. 9-Cost seriously discourages me though…
I’ll swap the Jade Spirits with something. Any ideas?

nah, the jade spirits and the auctioneer are good. you really should try to get the death knight though, he really adds a lot of survivability

For real? Alright, I’ll keep him as a potential addition whenever I pick him.
I only have 1600 dust left and I just crafted Professor Putricide for my Secret Hunter deck.
