Mulligans

Aggro Mulligans

  1. Sleep with the fishes - Amazing Board clear for only 2 mana but need one of the activators stated below
  2. Blood razor - Basicly 1 whirlwinds which actives Sleep with the fishes Or just impact the board aswell as a weapon.
  3. Ravaging ghoul - Body to stabilize the board aswell as a Sleep with the fishes activator and a little AOE.
  4. Armorsmith - Good at gaining some early armor and trades well into 1-1 such as alleycat kindly grandmothers etc.

Midrange Mulligans

  1. Acolyte of Pain - Good card draw as well applying a bit of pressure, but mostly just used to get your late game cards or mid game cards and can kill opponents early threats
  2. Fiery War axe - Just good at killing Manatide totems, Or early murlocs
  3. Sleep with the fishes - Amazing Board clear for only 2 mana but need one of the activators stated below
  4. Mountainfire Armor - Just good to stop aggression and applying pressure which is hard to deal with, if its easy to deal with you get some of their resources and 6 armor, which is key in matchup like these
  5. Armorsmith - Good at gaining some early armor and trades well into 1-1 such as alleycat kindly grandmothers etc.

Control Mulligans

  1. Acolyte of Pain - Good card draw as well applying a bit of pressure, but mostly just used to get your late game cards or mid game cards
  2. Barnes - Really good card since if it pulls a deathrattle minion the minion spawn again with N'zoth with the full stats and effect (And if you pull Lick King Its pretty nutty)
  3. Mountainfire Armor - Just good to get the ball rolling and applying pressure which is hard to deal with, if its easy to deal with you get some of their resources and 6 armor
  4. Fiery War axe - Just good at killing Northshire clerics or Radiant elementals and all that stuff
  5. Battle Rage - Just a solid card to draw your deck, kinda like acolyte

Replacements :

The list is pretty tight but here is something that can be changed/Budgetet

– 1x Barnes + 1x Shield Slam  Or – 1x Barnes + 1x Elise the Trailblazer Elise is insane becouse you can Dead Man's Hand the pack, And shield slam is often like an extra execute. But barnes is still good since you can pull so many insane minions with deathrattle or card draw. So choose wisely

– 2x Ravaging Ghoul + 1x Brawl And + 1x Whirlwind Inceases chances for good barnes and just solid removal too

1x Fiery War Axe + 1x Dead Man's Hand Lets you go infinite with your nzoths, good against control matchups since you can N’zoth for tempo even with only 2 deathrattle spawned becouse you can have 4-5 N’zoths if you really wanted

1x Fiery War Axe – 1x Forge of Souls +2 Bring It On! Good for early game, when they spend all their minions on the board and close to run out of resources adding 10-20 Armor wins these games

Is geist needed if you are facing a lot of Jade Druids? And what card would you replace. Thanks.

This list is too greedy in term of death rattle. Fibonacci made a comment not too long ago that 4 deathrattles is the optimal number to revive with double N’zoth. And Cairne offers nothing, not survivor (armor) or extra cards.

It mightbe true thought about it alot too. You can remove cairne if you want for a elise or extra brawl

This looks like it would do really well vs. control matchups and maybe Zoolock, but how does it do vs. aggro? It looks like it’s centered around value, which is why I feel it should crush most control. But waiting to get long-term value usually loses to stuff like Tempo Rogue and Pirate Warrior, which I’ve been seeing a lot of on ladder.

It does okay against that seeying all your defensive cards too with armor gain, fishes brawls whirlwinds and more. But if you don’t hit thoes low cost cards it can be very hard. I think its 40/60 on their side if they are playing aggresive.

But overall does have a good chance to win compared to other control lategame decks

Having great success with it, as are many others. If you’re at 100% loss rate chances are it’s you.

Kripp made a video you should probably watch about the leeroy/don Han Cho/Sudden Genesis combo warrior and he talks about decks where you’re responsible for your wins depending on how you play. This deck falls under that category because it’s winrate depends almost entirely on how you play it.

this deck is for extremely experienced players. One has to be aware of his different 2-3 turn lines and choose the best line at all times. Risk is too high reward is small and slow.

Yes it is for experienced players, and there isnt a “risk” if you play it good enough. If the risk is you missplay then yeah.

How can this deck win? N’zoth warr looks like a joke. Any proof of WR? At what rank is this wr? Looks fake.

Is Barnes actually any good in this deck? Seems like there are a lot of pretty bad pulls. Would you recommend Elise or a second Brawl instead?

You can replace Barnes with Alleyarmor smith Elise or bloodmage thalnos 🙂

      Maybe I’m missing something but there’s 10 of 13 value-add pulls from Barnes with 4 of 13 being amazing(arguably 6).

Even with Barnes pulling a crap drop like Nzoth, the stat line to mana ratio isn’t bad and in the current meta a larger board presence is typically beneficial.

      Just my opinion though.

Looking back on the list, there’s 5 arguably ‘bad’ pulls, because I don’t consider getting Armorsmith insane.. tbh even pulling Lich King is a bit of a hit-and-miss situation because you might just get an inadequate DK card for your current situation. That said, it’s just that I’ve had bad rng with Barnes and keep getting N’Zoth or Ghoul so I was just inquiring to see if OP agrees on whether Elise isn’t a bad alternative, seeing as it’s pretty nutty to DMH an Un’Goro pack in a control matchup. The fact that Barnes puts up 4/5 worth of stats on t4 + a potentially nutty effect is most compelling, hadn’t taken that into consideration properly 🙂

The big value from Barnes is having extra bodies when Nzoth hits, but yes DMH + ungoro pack is nuts value. My issue as CR with Elise is my hand is typically too full to get value until late game and N’Zoth is my late game.

          Valid point though.
