Reply dontfeedtheemu July 30, 2017 at 7:04 am I have been running a version of this with some success on ladder for awhile. Doomcaller is almost useless because of all the Hex effects. The deck blows mage, which is everywhere, out of the water because of all the armor gain. C’thun himself is for relevant as a board clear against all the scumbags than anything else. I don’t have Elise so I had to find other ways to get enough value to win the late game against control. I have 2 Stonehills, and 2 Direhorn Hatchlings and they manage to help enough in most grind wars for me. I run Armorsmith, why do you not run Armorsmith? I find the 1 dmg to be relevant, and can usually hide it behind a taunt to flood decks have to chuck multiple minions into giving me massive gains. Plus Shaman runs a lot of dinky AOE again massive armor gains. Reply w1z July 19, 2017 at 2:35 pm Any replacement for twins? Doomcaller or Curator maybe? Reply f July 30, 2017 at 1:20 am Twin Emperors are the best part of a C’thun deck, you really can’t replace them. Reply AbleArcher July 12, 2017 at 7:49 pm Would it be worth it to swap one of the Drakes for a Doomcaller? Reply CancerEater July 13, 2017 at 2:59 am Yeah I’d have to agree, I’d say patches is a really good replacement. If that doesn’t work for you for whatever reason, I’d probably put Blood Lord Thantalos in there instead Reply KingArthas July 13, 2017 at 4:41 am Actually, there is only one primordial drake in the deck and it’s highly risky to take it out. Doomcaller instead of elise could probably work but the extra value from the un’goro pack has saved me multiple times in the recent past. Reply Darkseid July 12, 2017 at 1:43 pm Replacement for Cthun? Reply AgentMango July 12, 2017 at 2:38 pm You could possibly try ysera as a late game value card. I played this exact deck but switched C’thun for ysera because I didn’t have the very, very powerful old God. Would suggest as a definite craft for some really great fun gameplay. Have fun!! Reply Darkseid July 12, 2017 at 2:52 pm i was making a very bad joke, Cthun was given to us for free. lol Reply AgentMango July 12, 2017 at 5:39 pm Yah, so was I Reply Gerard July 12, 2017 at 6:27 pm Patches can be good replacement here Taiji July 31, 2017 at 12:32 am It appears you have little knowledge of this game Darkseid. Anyone who started playing AFTER the “Whispers of the Old Gods” expansion was released, did NOT receive C’Thun for free. It was only for players with already active accounts. I have 3 accounts. One old, that got C’Thun for free and 2 booster accounts (for the 80 gold quest) – those did NOT get C’Thun for free, because those were created later. Reply Fistouille July 14, 2017 at 1:46 am Not funny. . Reply Ian July 12, 2017 at 1:19 pm 1 stonehill defender, but two beckoners? That doesnt feel right Reply Soundwave July 13, 2017 at 12:23 am Its nice on curve as a 2-3 it trades with all the 1-2 drops and it makes sure you hit the 10 mark point when you need it. Reply C0l0rs July 14, 2017 at 4:42 am There isn’t a single warrior-class-taunt in the deck. the only reason to put them in the deck is because you can abuse them to get more strong class-taunts than you usually could have (as classspecific cards are way more likely to show up in discovers). good targets are: shaman: things from below, al akir, earthelemental, white eyes paladin: tyrion, tyrion, tyrion, tyrion, tarim, wicker or sth like that. “why are there no warriortauntcards in this deck (so they re obviously not good enough), but still there is a defender?” should be the question. Yes you can highroll for another vek’lor but as it isn’t classspecific the chance are realy low to get it. Actually I d kick out the defender aswell for something more reliant maybe a doomcaller, maybe a tar creeper, maybe gorehowl, maybe harrisson, maybe a slam, maybe a doomsayer Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
