This definitely seems more consistent, however, it can’t beat the list that runs valen, radiant and mind blast which once they have all those pieces plus anduin/raza done, it’s OTK.
Saw him playing this deck two days ago.
Actually, he made two changes :
-1 holy smite -1 Kabal Songstealer
+1 Elise + 1 Gnomish inventor
I’m currently playing this deck at legend rank with 54% winrate.
I made only one change :
-1 Gnomish +1MC Tech
It works like a charm.
Don’t hesitate, this version is well-balanced!
MC Tech – mind control tech choice or are you referring to another card?
Yes i was referring to mind control tech.
At the moment, i was facing too much Jade.
Otherwise, adding more cycle cards seems to be more consistent!
In the end, you can build the deck the way you want.
The only thing is to not being too greedy on value cards since you’ve a lot of card draws.
Deck works great on lower ranks and moving forward into the legend ranks. Out of all variations this seems to be the most consistent overall. I have had great success over pirate warror and many other decks that seem to plauge the ladder like both variations of druid and really helps against jade and aggro. I recommend the deck overall.
Replacement for Lyra ?
the main question is, when will we see a highlander that performs well against jade on a frequent basis? I wish they would make skulking a 1 mana. priest get’s butchered by Jades mostly.
Does this still work without Kazakus or thalnos? It’s way too expensive for me as a f2p guy.
Thalnos you can try to swap out for a tainted zealot, but the cycle is pretty important. As for Kazakus, there is not really a good replacement. Maybe try gnomish inventor for extreme budget =/
You can replace Thalnos with Tainted Zealot but it’s hard to replace Kazakus, it’s a extremely flexible, you can draw cards polymorph, freeze, board clear I’ve even used it to armor up in some games. if you really wanna repace it get another kind of a board clear like: – Kazakus – Potion of Madness + Pint Size Potion + Shadow Word: Horror. Hope it helps
Nice deck I’ve plAyed a lot of these variations , I don’t feel feel radiation elemental is needed it never lasts on the board and gets most boost from Lyra combo , I’m at about 50-60% wr legend feels like a stretch but it’s a balanced deck

I suggest the +1 spell damage divine shield minion
Great deck but too expensive for me…
I like kabal courier more than courious glimmerroot because you often get crap out of glimmerroot
but I always get good stuff like Tirion LUL
Glimmerroot has a far better body, and it’s good most of the times. I’ve managed to steal other DK Heroes a discrete amount of times. Against mirror, it’s plain miracolous.
Glimmerroot is definitely the choice! Sure there are chances of getting nothing useful aside from a 3/3 body on curve, but I would say as a whole, you are much more likely to find something good or great in comparison to Courier.

i disagree with you there. especially now in a control meta – all the heavy decks floating around – you’re a lot more likely to get something busted.
Why though; exactly because a lot of decks are control, you’re likely to get nice stuff. If aggro deck were too frequent, that would definitely suck. Most times I get DK Hero Cards, Lich King, Innervate etc. Sure, you could get weak stuff, that’s how RNG works. But with courier…I don’t know, a lot of Warlock spells are garbage except Netherspite.
I think glimmeroot is really strong. If you want to add courier, I think it would be best to replace a “tech” card and keep the root too.
