Maybe the maker just has the best luck in the world. I am 1 in 15 with this deck and done with it. There’s not a pre-built in the ladder that doesn’t just stomp this deck. After several loses I even threw blind faith in the guide and played it exactly how the author suggested and got destroyed. Maybe if there were some deck cycle cards thrown in to give more options it might be better, but as is… pure garbage.
Shaman aoe sucks.
Not really. They have arguably one of the best aoe’s in the game, only beat by warlock and mage.
Malestrom portal is a big middle finger to aggro decks, since it not only kills most of there minions, but also summons a 1 drop.
Lightning storm is a cheap aoe removal.
Volcano is a massive board clear, that can also be used as a single target removal, but its less efficient that way.
They also have Kalimos, in this deck that also provides a 3 damage aoe, and in wild they have elemental destruction.
Comapred to warlocks defile and twisting nether, it may seem weak, but compared to other classes it has a lot of strong aoe cards.
In this deck, i prefer to use lightning storms over volcanoes, maybe you can try those?
The combination of overload on aoe is just terrible. Overload is overpaying for tempo and aoe is never a tempo play. The stats back it up and have for a long long time. If you play aoe with overload on it your deck has a terrible win rate.
Is the DK replaceable ??
You should find a place for rummaging cobold – finding more jade claws is crazy valuable + it’s a good evolve target with DK
Replacment for Kalimos? L/king?
Lich king is good. There’s a variant running runespear as well. Also any elemental would work. Wind Lord or blazecaller as well
