this deck is so weak to other freeze mages
Get’s destroyed by aggro decks like hunter and by cthun warrior. I don’t see how freeze mage variants work these days….
1.C’thun warrior isn’t an aggro deck, it’s more like control warrior.
2. if you are losing to hunter with Freeze Mage, you are doing it wrong.
3. It is actually weak to shaman, which is probably why Freeze Mages are virtually nonexistent right now. Shaman is the only class that can consistently deal with Doomsayer (which is pretty much your only out to Totem Golem/Four Mana Seven/Seven etc.) while putting enough early pressure on Freeze to win.
Freeze Mage doesn’t lose to Shaman lol what universe are you in. Freeze Mage (assuming you know how to pilot it) is favored against every board centric deck
Cool Not bad at all won against a dragon warrior.
What could i replace thanos with?
Maybe second Loot Hoarder, but this is a hard deck to replace cards in.
Why not go further? Taking out an Acolyte for Coldlight Oracle and forgoing the second Engineer for Malygos could work too. Removing a Blizzard for Cone of Cold works as well.
if you follow his twitter he talks about what he’s testing but never said what kind of deck it was for obviously. he talked about testing quite a few cards but if they didn’t make it here they probably didn’t feel good to laughing who is one of the best freeze mage players in the world.
..what’s point of Reno if there is 2 or multiple cards in here?
usually you survive long enough to use the 1st of the 2 cards so reno becomes active
