I use one pixie and one clockwork auto. Did use 2 clockworks since the hero power will hit for 32 (Confirmed 04/16/2018) but to have one live a round is very unlikely.
Maybe youd like a pixie gives your hp 2 turns for 8 and 8 or 8 armor if using baku.
Most dont use any of them since every deck is so aggressive. Always going to have 2 or more enemy minions on board in most cases. But if you can wipe that board you can also end it in one round.
Replacement for Elise Trailblazer?
Hard to replace a card that generates another 5 for late game. Maybe ysera for late game value or King Mosh for another board clear
King mosh if u have him, if not u can just play another taunt minion and be fine.
