Yes, and I think this describes exactly what Kripp is trying to do with the combo. From the King Togwaggle card post:
“The King’s Ransom card is added to your opponent’s hand, so it would be possible to fill your opponent’s hand with cards and burn King’s Ransom making it impossible for them to switch the deck back. “
Which is why there is exactly 0 cards in this deck that actually fill your opponent’s hand to achieve this?
This is just Krip’s failure. I even saw him recently trying to mill his own deck, play Togwaggle and “combo it with Gnomeferatu” only to go on a rant when it got added to the hand instead of the deck and how it is useless and stuff.
If he mentions it being added to the hand, it’s an information he got AFTER making the deck. Which is why I wouldn’t trust this deck at all. It was created around a faulty idea.

I don’t think this combo works as described in the video. Doesn’t the Ransom go into their hand, not their deck?
Yeah it does, that legendary fucking sucks because of this, needs to be patched to be put into their deck because it is useless otherwise
