I play a variant of my own; less draw, more control, but they’re pretty similar otherwise, I dont use elise nor harrison and instead run 2 twilight summoners, and i run 1 redemption because it can make some awkward moments iwth sylvanas or cairne and tirion
I find it hard to replace Cairne. Besides Sylvanas and Tirion, he is one of the best Deathrattlers.
Anyway, you should consider The Beast, Healbot or Twilight Summoner.
