Keep kabal lakey only if you have a secret
Arcanoligist is amazing it starts your secret synergys off well
Pyros is a massive tempo swing in the late game it gives you so much value
Scoserers aprentice is incredible to cheat mana with
Kirin tor mage keep with secret
Medihvs valet keep with secret or arcanologist
Volcanic potion keep vs agro
Bloodmage thalnos keep with volcanic potion
Frostbolt is almost always a keep
Kabal courier keep against control
Kazakus only keep vs control
Arcane intelect keep vs control
Keep doomsayer vs agro
Dont keep secrets unless stated otherwise
- This deck was inspired by the highlander priest deck so i built a deck that consisted of the mage one of synergy cards as well as a lot of secret synergy cards to make this deck very tempo like in the early and mid game then very control/burn like in the late game.
- I have not yet used this deck but it was more like an idea that i wanted to share with the community
- If you do happen to use this deck let me know how it does i am curious to see how good it is
Hey uys do to some feed back ive decided to put kabal crystal runner back into the deck put in medihv and alextraza for a better win condition and doomsayer to combat agro took out spell bender ethereal arcanist glutonous ooz
I think the deck could use the following cards,
Kabal Crystal Runner
Alexstrasza
Doomsayer
Medivh
Otherwise I like the idea, you don’t see a lot of highlander decks in standard anymore.
I realized you have already tried all of these besides Alexstrasza and honestly though doomsayer is too good not to run, almost always he will eat up a removal or 2-3 attacks equaling out to more than 7 health if he doesn’t trigger his effect.

Hey did some testing and foundthat frost nova And doomsayer is bad so i swaoed those cards with glutonous ooz qnd put spell bender back into the deck ill update the list soon
Hey guys wanted to let you all know that i took out mana bind spell bender and kabal krystal runner and put in doomsayer frost nova and ice barrier to better contest agro decks because before this deck had very little anti agro options outside of bloodmage volcanic potion and the 3 cards i took out i didnt feel were impactful enough good luck and have fun also i tried a varient with medihv and alextraza i replaced the doomsayer and the frostnova for them that was a lot of fun

how much important is Inkmaster Solia in this deck ? (any good replacement for her?)
Hi sargil thank you for replying from my experience solia hepls get massive tempo plays with cards like flamestrike and meteor pyros blast can end games faster than usual but if you dont have her take out the pyrobalast as well and mayby try an acolyte of pain and a cabalist tomb to widen your options or an elise to have a better late game or even medihv could fit into the deck
I would argue that she is pretty important to the deck… as its one of two cards that are making the deck Highlander. Kazakus by himself isnt enough for me to make a Highlander deck… but Inkmaster might help. Obviouslty nice tempo.
Agreed inkmaster is very good in the deck the best replacement for her is probably medihv
Also inkmaster can get out a 10 mana kazakus potion on turn 7
You could clear the board deal damage face polymorph all add demons gain armor its such a power play on turn 7
