Love this deck type, but People in the comments really don’t seem to realize this is a targeted tourny deck :s

From my experience playing magic the gathering, I can say this looks a lot like John Finkels monoblack control deck, former world champion. It is not a strong deck in a vacuum. It’s a strong deck against a determined metagame. It uses a pack of tech answers against expected decks. It requires a deep knowledge of decks in the meta to pilot successfully

Anybody else feels this deck sucks?
don’t get how it works it got no big spells or minions except alextrasza to beat down enemy hero no fireballs no high attack minions! How this work out guys!!! I see u just survive n then u have nothing to deal enough damage to enemy hero .. this just got spells which almost affects minions!

It wins against tempo/aggro by making them unable to kill you. It beats Jade Druid by just removing all of it’s threats. It beats Razakus Priest by healing up with Artificer or Alex after they break your Ice Blocks.

I just talk about this! Yes I know I’m untouchable but only Alex can’t be a win condition!! she just turn enemy’s health to 15 then what’s next?!(don’t count on her after playing it.. for sure enemy will taunt it or destroy it on next turn)

You don’t turn your enemy’s health to 15 but your own. The armor gain from artificer + health from alex + 2 blocks + heal from elementals can sometimes let you survive long enough for priest to die in fatigue.

Win condition a lot of the time is just Jaina and making 3/6’s for 2 mana every turn you can.

It relies on late game with jaina death knight. Forcing your opponent to run out if cards and even fatigue while you still have water elementals. It’s a very grindy deck. Sometimes I just pass on turns. A lot of patience and knowledge of the decks your opponents are using. Timing of your dirty rats is crucial. And you probably will have to Alex yourself too.
