What would you replace the blazecallers with ? Al-Akir ?
Because I dont have thalnos I changed him for the new Elise, what do u guys think
not so great idea. thalnos is a huge tempocard with inbuilt cycle. it synergises great with cheap spells in this deck, especially with your boardclears. elise on the other hand is a valuecard without any synergie (unless you re priest and have shadowvisions). so you basically replace a card that fits perfectly into the deck with a card that doesn’t synergise at all. as it s job is to improve your boardclears I d propably recomend to take another lightningstorm instead.
Why don’t people use Kobold Geomancer as a replacement? I will never understand…
It’s Just a much worse card. It doesn’t offer card draw and its way less versatile.
A much better replacement is loot hoarder, as it’s basically the same card, except it trades with more other two drop making it a better on-curve play than thalnos, and it has the same deathrattle. So it’s literally just trading one spell damage for one attack and a lot of dust.
My good sir the spell damage is huge. Think of all the clears you can make with a two damage portal or four damage lightning bolt. This card has single handedly won me games.

I honestly think it’s a matter of preference. If you want the spell damage, by all means take it. Personally i prefer card draw, but clearing a board can mean much more in the long run than drawing one card. So saying a card is bad just because you can’t cycle it is kinda unfair.
PS i have thalnos and he is brilliant. Craft him asap as he’s very versatile
Dwayna, this deck is awesome! A friend of mine was stuck at rank 16. I showed him this deck and he made it to rank 13, his highest ever! He beat C’thun warrior, control warlock, freeze mage, jade Druid, Shaman mirror plus others and finally lost to control paladin. He was winning so much he reached his gold cap for the day.
I am missing thalnos and Kalimos, I substituted Al’Akir and Volatile Elemental.
Why no Jade? Just wondering.
The problem with jades sometimes is that if you don’t pull enough of them, you end up with very low att/hp minions. To avoid that you rather concentrate on elemental synergies, because nearly all of your minions rely on those. Hope that helped.
