This is not competitive but is definitely worth more than 1 and a half stars.

Maexxna was a 2/8 poisonous beast for 6 that was rarely played. I doubt this one will fare much better.
That’s exactly what I was thinking, and even with the “Beast” tag, which opened up synergy with Houndmaster, she still wasn’t played… though I did try it for a while.
A hard-to-kill 5 mana poisonous minion? Well Giant Wasp is the same, but for 3 mana instead. And it sees play in budget decks.
Will this see play in constructed? Absolutely not.
Arena? Meh, there are worst commons than this.
Yes, agreed; this is best as an Arena card.
Theoretically this is a way to get several assassinate effects out for one card. Realistically, your opponent will use a spell and/or a small minion and this thing will trade down almost every time.
