    Using 1 Shifting Scroll in a Combo/Control deck seems good. No need to use it right way, just wait until it transform into something like Frost Nova, Blizzard or Arcane Intellect. Do you see the idea?

    Well, other than for example Shifter Zerus this card does not appear to have initial mana cost. If this is correct, it would fit perfectly into the 5 or more cost spell archtype since it wont be searched by your cards. At least thats what i hope because otherwise this shouldnt be to good. Kind of like a discount primordial glyph

    It actually seems like a bit of a nerf to spell generation. Well at least for the turn generated.

    What if this is not in your hand? How much does it cost for the purpose of spell joust?

      If you read the description at the side it says 0. Thats the cost.

    As we’ve learned with every shifting card in the game, this is about the worst topdeck you can get.
