“Add two razorpetals to your had that deal 1 damage” sounds like 2 dmg to me, the card you play just give you the Cards, and I think its hard to combo with malygos, can you even change the cost Of the spells or malygos in standard rouge now?
this is a good card they have the same name which counts for the quest
Sadly it doesn’t because the card you play has to be a minion for the quest and I going to guess by how it worded at this current moment its a spell.
It does however activate combos and help proc Sherazin, so it’s still good c:
