In any deck that does not plan on playing a 2-mana spell card, this is a really strong opener, basically making it a 2/2 for 1 Mana.
It could see some play in rogue, or Paladin for this purpose. Also I can see some cancer decks arising from this, like Hunter or Zoolock rush.
With only 2 health, it should be possible to deal with it, though.
Could be a pesky minion if hidden behind an Annoyatron but probably no worse than Cogmaster.
