It looks grat, but in the end it will fit just one kind of deck, and is too early to know if the deck will find is tier.

As if Reno wasn’t enough incentive to run a singleton deck…

Why is everybody assuming that “no duplicated” decks are only related to Reno? Perhaps in the current meta, but it seems that blizzard could be supporting this archetype with upcoming cards. I’m certainly in!

It because he is the only card with that affect right now, he is the only person to be related to this affect currently, however, these cards will change that which is what I believe Blizzard is trying to achieve.

Do mages ever get a bad card?

Meh, kinda bittersweet about this one. Sure, it’ll be good for about four months before BRM, TGT, and LOE rotate out, but no-duplicate decks won’t be nearly as strong without Reno. Might still see play even then though if mage is really desparate, since tempo mage will likely die.

Really not that special. Yes, nice for Reno Mage, until Reno cycles out – at which point this is definitely not good enough to warrant creating a whole deck around. Nice addition card for Reno decks, much like Twin Emp is a nice addition for C’Thun decks, but otherwise not that special.

This is a really great card, absolutely must include in Reno. The part that makes it great is that you can clear the opponent’s board with something like Flamestrike and also populate your board for a big control swing.

Reno Mage might replace Reno lock for certain reasons first Kazakus 10-mana potion and rafaam with 20 mana of worth with just that and Antonidas is now the most op card in the game if you play this card with him on board. Even though it will hurt Mage to only have 1 copy of each card like fireball and frost bolt.

It seems to me you think she’s going to make all the spells cast the turn she’s played free, but she’ll only discount one ^^

To be fair though we have yet to see the cards in Warlock and I think the Cabal theme as a whole is likely focused on decks with a Reno theme. So I think it is possible the Warlock legendary may also support that concept.

Why do you think it can be a warlock legendary? It’s blieb and that always means MAGE

LOL did you even read his comment ?
Topandito is just saying that the warlock legendary could also have the theme of “if your deck has no duplicates”. Noone ever thought this was a warlock card.

Finally something interesting. Though by the turn 7 you are almost always dead if you are playing control in the ladder.. but still it has some potential. Can use this with firelands portal for example, or with kazakus spells. Though I have a feeling that the most common will be using this in tempo with some draw like arcane intellect or cabalist tome.

Honestly, I really don’t think it will be as OP as it looks. Even if you get extreme value with flamestrike it is kind of a Thing From below. Tt is a 0 mana 5/5 that you have to wait until turn 7 to play. Thing From Below is basically also another 0 mana 5/5, but it doesn’t need a card in your hand to play with it at the same turn and it has taunt. And it can get to 0 mana rather easily.

7 mana 5/5 + flamestrike. Good synergy with Rafaam or piroblast.

happy to see it’s not a tempo mage legendary. Could potentially be strong with the creation of a 10* spell of Kazakus.

Great card, allows you to play the 5 mana get 3 spells without losing too much tempo. Kinda sucks that you can only use it on a one-of deck.

What would be the best target for this battlecry, pyroblast maybe?

One of Kazakus (Mage)‘s spells would be the best probably.
