Hmm… reminds me of a Basic Card called Drain Life with a similar ability?
They should totally fix the card text of that card
This card will definitely see play in a control warlock. Heal, in any form, is a must for warlock. Not to mention it comes along with damage is perfect. this is o ln average going to be a 4/5 health swing (2/3 damage not taken from the 1 or 2 drop plus the 2 health). Since this can scale with spell damage is nice too, I’m looking at you bloodmage. All in all, solid card that will see play in a faster meta. Because the meta always speeds up the first couple weeks of and expansion.
Like everyone has said, it’s almost strictly better than Drain Life (the only edge Drain Life has is that it can go face). That doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll see play, and in fact it probably won’t see play. 2 damage for 2 isn’t very much, and the difference between 2 and 3 damage is so much you might not even both. Warlock IS really hurting for heal right now, but there are better options in the expansion, even for Warlock.
If there’s a control warlock by next expansion, i can see it running thalnos for defile anyway and then this is a 2 mana bash.
Most of the time just a drain life for one less Mana, but don’t forget that spell damage will not make it heal for more as well. But then again, what sort of warlock runs spell damage. Probably won’t see play.

The minion restriction kinda sucks but a warlock healing card is still a warlock healing card. Would be good for setting up defile plays. I hope warlock gets a few more small healing cards. Would be a good identity for warlock. Nothing huge but 5 cards later and you’ve healed for 15 or so.
